1. What are the shipping costs?

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $69.99 USD.
  • Orders Under $69.99: Premium Shipping costs $18 USD.
  • Express Shipping: Starts at $29.99 USD.

P.S. During promotional periods, we may offer site-wide free shipping. Stay tuned!

Important Notes:

  • "Free Shipping on Orders Over $69.99 USD" applies only to regular-priced items, not items already marked as free shipping.
  • The $18 USD Premium Shipping fee covers handling, shipping, and duties/taxes. Free items do not count towards the $69.99 minimum order value for free shipping.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and your delivery destination. While we strive to keep costs affordable, final fees are determined by our carriers. Therefore, shipping fees apply to all orders, including those containing free items.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)

  • Order Processing: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): 6-8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address or contact details, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
  • The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Once a package has been processed and dispatched, we cannot reroute it to a different address.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can then click the link provided or visit the Track My Order page on our website to monitor your shipment status.

4. Why has my package shipped, but the tracking information hasn't updated?

  • Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order page after your handcrafted items are completed by our designers and handed over to the carrier.
  • Due to international transit, it takes 3-5 days for the package to reach the international transit hub airport. No tracking updates will be available during this initial transit period.
  • Tracking information will update once the package arrives at the transit hub and is scanned.

Please don't worry – allow 3-5 days for tracking information to become active and start updating.

5. What if my package doesn't arrive?
If you have not received your package within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us at auramythicx@gmail.com. We will either reship your order or provide a full refund.
